How Bridged connects to Grip

Bridged connects to Grip in two ways, depending on what an organizer needs.

Grip's MCP: fast, read-only setup. Grip's MCP gives external platforms a standard way to read event data directly, without building a custom connection for every pairing. Through it, Bridged can read an organizer's applications, events and full event configuration directly from Grip, keeping a Bridged workflow correctly configured without manual re-entry.

Grip's API: full event data access (coming soon). For organizers who want Bridged to work with live attendee, exhibitor, session and speaker data, Bridged also connects through Grip's Native Integration and Events API using OAuth 2.0. This is a deeper connection than the MCP and is set up in partnership with your Grip Event Project Manager.

Once connected, Bridged can read:

• Attendee and visitor data, to personalize activation and qualification conversations
• Exhibitor information, to support matchmaking and exhibitor-related queries
• Session, agenda and speaker data, to answer attendee questions and inform post-event follow-up

In practice, this powers workflows like reading an attendee list to trigger pre-event reminders over WhatsApp, or using session and speaker data to give accurate, conversational answers about the event schedule.
