Today at Event Tech Live London, Grip, the AI-powered event platform built for business relationships, unveiled its new "Native Integrations" feature. It saves organizers up to 70% in time needed to upload registration data by dramatically streamline the process of integrating attendee data from popular registration providers such as Cvent, Visit by GES and Swoogo.
Up until now, Grip’s in-house solutions team used middleware software to create hundreds of integrations at scale. This required a high level of coordination among customers and Grip’s in-house teams. Grip’s Native Integrations changes the game. It introduces a user-friendly dashboard tool that significantly reduces the time - and therefore costs - associated with setting up essential registration data integrations.
There are six simple steps needed to setup a native integration:
With the Native Integrations feature, event organizers will see:
Rather than use all-in-one platforms, leading event organizers are now increasingly opting for best-in-breed technology solutions for each element of their events. An example includes using a dedicated registration platform for registrations, then integrating with other dedicated platforms for different elements of their events (e.g. networking). With many already leveraging platforms like Cvent, Swoogo and Visit, the demand for seamless integrations is at an all-time high. Grip's Native Integrations feature has been built in collaboration with organizers to broaden their choices when it comes to building their most powerful event tech stacks made from best-in-breed technologies.
“Before we had Native Integrations, our team would spend hours uploading and correcting database files, like CSVs,” said Matt Ackroyd, Product Director from Delinian (formerly Euromoney). “Providing operational efficiencies is key and has huge benefits to our business as a whole. By automating these manual processes we have the ability to focus on higher value work which should ultimately improve our customer experience.’’
Tim Groot, Grip’s CEO and Founder said: “We’ve worked really closely with customers, enabling them to seamlessly integrate their leading event technology with Grip. Our Native Integrations, optimized for the needs of large, multi-event organizers, saves them time, allowing them to do more with less.
“I’m excited that we’ve been able to find a way to import detailed registration forms fast while being able to manipulate and customize integrations on the fly. This makes it significantly easier to connect Grip with all the leading registration systems, delivering events at scale with greater control and reliability.
“But this is just the start, we plan to roll out additional registration systems over the coming months and go beyond registration data. It’s all part of our strategy to cement our position as the number one event platform where business relationships happen.”
Grip’s Native Integrations feature is available now, please see this page for more information.
Existing Grip clients should talk to their account managers about the feature, while new users can request a demo at grip.events/request-demo
