UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry has selected Grip as its Speed Networking Partner for its 2023 European Conference.
The sold out, in-person event, held at MECC Maastricht in the Netherlands (June 14 - 16, 2023), will bring together over 270 event professionals to connect and learn from each other. UFI will use MustMeet, Grip’s new AI-powered meeting scheduler, to power its speed networking program at the event.
Grip’s MustMeet software is helping UFI automatically schedule and manage over 400, four minute pre-scheduled meetings during the speed networking program. These 1-to-1 meetings, which take place on June 15th, will enable organizers, venues and suppliers to meet and learn from one another.
Thanks to MustMeet, UFI will gain vital process efficiencies enabling it to expand and enhance pre-scheduled meetings with ease. The association will easily be able to host these complex meeting formats automatically, saving hours of manual work. For example, previously it would have taken several hundred post-it notes, spreadsheets and hours of manual work to pre-schedule speed networking meetings. Plus, last minute dropouts would have thrown carefully planned schedules into disarray.
